  Monday:  5:00 – 6:00 pm
  Tuesday:  12:00 – 1:00 pm
  Friday: 10:00 – 11:15 am

Functional Pilates

Reshape and tone your body. Improve function and mobility of your spine and pelvic girdle as you build stamina, endurance, and strength.

  Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:00 pm
  Thursday: 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Prenatal / Postnatal Pilates

Prepare your body, mind and spirit for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and prevent many common conditions.

  Wednesday: 10:00 – 11:15 am

Attire: Form fitting clothes (no yoga pants with flared legs). Bare feet.
