Initial Consultation

If you’re new to Pilates or to our studio, your first session should be an Initial Consultation, during which we’ll evaluate your condition and level, and plan a program tailored specifically for you.


Private Sessions

Enjoy comfort, privacy, and one-on-one instruction with private sessions (for one or two people).


Group Classes

We offer a variety of group equipment and floor classes throughout the week.
