Open Studio

Develop your Personal Pilates Practice

After completing 5 private sessions, Open Studio is an excellent and cost-effective way to learn your personalized program. In this setting, there is a limit of 5 people at a time working on their specially designed program under the supervision of Elizabeth. Each session lasts 90 minutes.

Open Studio is an alternative to the Group Class setting and allows for individualized attention while recovering from injuries, preparing for sports or dance events or just learning your program. This also gives clients extra tools for their home program or other exercise endeavors.
